Responsibilities
Develop prospective clients through various strategies including internet sourcing, trade show lists, referrals, and personal investigation
Foster and close new clients through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other means
Grow new business from existing clients, working closely with senior leadership to expand relationships and upsell services
Creatively problem solve to improve new business development strategy
Negotiate rates and deadlines with prospective and current clients
Educate clients regarding the translation process, rates, turnaround time justification, and competitors’ information
Liaise with production to ensure all jobs are handled appropriately with attention to detail
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with delivery, quality, and service
Understand industries that TransPerfect markets to including industry leaders and current events
Perform other special projects or duties when required

Required
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent
