Responsibilities

Financial Analysis and Reporting: Perform variance analysis and collaborate with stakeholders.

Revenue Reporting: Prepare timely and accurate monthly revenue reporting material, driving insights into collections and revenue recognition analysis.

Cash Flow Management: Prepare timely and accurate 13-week cash flow projections and cash flow reporting material, driving insights into liquidity management.

Revenue Recognition and Billing: Audit revenue recognition and billing process, ensuring timely, accurate, and proper revenue and billing controls and processes.

Cash Collection and Accounts Receivable Management: Drive collections efforts and conduct aging analysis.

Audit and Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and support audits.

End of Month Closing: Support end-of-month closing with journal entries and data analysis.

Additional Responsibilities: Address ad-hoc requests, undertake special projects, and actively contribute to team initiatives.

Utilize company equipment and reporting tools for performing job duties effectively.
