Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of a project, from start to finish, ensuring completion on time and within budget

Recommend products and services aligning with clients' business needs

Run project execution according to the organization's project management methodology

Establish and maintain effective sales relationships with major accounts/customers

Coordinate with vendors to integrate them into the project and ensure timely product delivery

Supervise progress against the project plan, take action to resolve operational problems, and minimize delays

Work with partners and clients to determine project scope, specifications, and requirements

Conduct project meetings, prepare regular reports to communicate project status

Allocate resources, assign tasks to meet targets

Provide assistance to program/project managers for project execution

Required

5+ years’ experience in project management is required

Ability to organize and prioritize work

Effectively communicate in writing and verbally

Lead and empower individuals and teams

Efficiently operate computers, tablets, and mobile devices

Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to function effectively without daily oversight from management

Preferred

Water Meter Industry and product knowledge is preferred

Project Management Professional certification (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) preferred

Advanced knowledge in Excel preferred
