Responsibilities
Find, engage, and close new client prospects
Build a channel of referral partner relationships to generate qualified leads
Develop new business by conducting business development meetings to build a referral partnership network
Align prospective clients with business units to determine best-fit through consultative-selling
Manage initial contacts, sales calls, client meetings, and business unit schedules
Create a referral network plan and identify primary referral partnerships
Bring on new clients on a monthly basis
Outline and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed sales goals
Work with the branch team to align prospects and move them into closing and onboarding
Drive top line revenue while supporting efforts to manage bottom line effectively
Comprehend financial concepts and communicate value and expectations to clients and partners
Possess strong analytical, negotiating, organizational, decision-making, and time management skills

Required
3 + years of experience as a Top Performer in ASO or Payroll services Sales, PEO Sales, or Commercial Insurance Sales with specific knowledge in Workers Compensation
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven track record of being a top sales performer
Possession of a valid driver’s license with valid automobile insurance meeting BBSI criteria
Roughly 85% of time requires automobile travel – primarily local, with some overnight
