Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop robust Node.js applications.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.

Architect and implement solutions leveraging Google Cloud Platform services such as Cloud Functions, Firebase, Cloud Tasks, and PubSub.

Develop and maintain Firebase application endpoints dealing with BigQuery database artifacts and asynchronous cloud messaging.

Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and reliability.

Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth operation of applications.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Node.js, GCP, and Firebase.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Node.js Developer with strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience with cloud database technologies such as BigQuery

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred

Experience working with Google Cloud Platform services, particularly Cloud Functions, Firebase, Cloud Tasks, and PubSub

Experience deploying and managing applications in GCP environments.

Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment pipelines.

Certifications in Google Cloud Platform or Firebase are a plus.
