Responsibilities

Financial Reporting – Assist in the regular preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analytics. Create visually appealing reports and presentations, that have the same look and feel across all deliverables

Budgeting and Forecasting - Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by preparing finance models, gathering data, and conducting analysis as needed

Variance Analysis – analyze actual financial performance vs forecasts and budgets and provide business unit-level insights to management

Financial Modeling – Develop, maintain, and clean financial models to support the reporting and analysis process, and create efficiencies where applicable

Ad-hoc analysis – conduct ad-hoc analysis and on-the-fly reporting that provides actionable recommendations

Due Diligence – create, analyze, reconcile data, and work closely with outside parties on any potential M&A activity

Collaboration – collaborate with Accounting, People and Culture (HR), Sales, R&D, and the product teams to gather relevant financial data and insights
