Responsibilities

Support development and implementation of Work Instructions (JES), Quality Standards, General Arrangements, and other process related documents: support auditing, development, improvement, and management.

Support structured problem-solving efforts, as required.

Follow up on corrective, preventive and improvement actions, as required.

Support to follow activities with suppliers, run samples.

Support return of suspect/defective material to suppliers.

Warranty analysis: log in / manage returns, run tests, log results (in conjunction with Quality Technicians), and coordinate warranty for product produced by third party processors.

Support 5S in Quality Department areas, and other areas, as required.

Support Quality Technician activities, as required.

Special projects / tasks, as assigned.
