Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction and leadership to the engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

Develop and execute engineering strategies that align with company goals and objectives.

Lead the design and development of new modular space and storage solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market trends, and company objectives.

Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to production, ensuring timely and successful product launches.

Utilize technical expertise to provide guidance and support to the engineering team, ensuring the use of best practices, standards, and technologies.

Oversee all engineering projects from conception to completion, including resource allocation, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions into the overall business strategy.

Implement rigorous testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability, durability, and safety of products.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team, identifying areas for optimization, efficiency gains, and cost savings.

Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and codes of practice in all engineering activities.

Recruit, mentor, and develop top engineering talent, fostering a culture of learning, growth, and professional development.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in product engineering, with at least 8 years in a leadership role.

Proven experience in the design and development of large-scale industrial product; modular or storage solutions, preferred

Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong technical expertise in areas such as structural engineering, mechanical engineering, design engineering, or related disciplines.

Excellent leadership and team-building skills.

Experience with CAD/CAM software and other engineering tools.

Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards in the industry.
