Responsibilities

Build new applications and features for different market verticals.

Perform architecture, coding, research, and decision tasks on various technologies and projects efficiently.

Mentor and supervise less senior developers to help them arrive at optimal solutions.

Quickly ramp up on new complex problems and code bases.

Act as an expert in complex areas of the systems.

Work effectively with product management and stakeholders to refine requirements into robust applications.

Translate business requirements into technology solutions.

Lead a team to deliver cloud-native applications using Amazon AWS.

Work in a fully automated CI/CD environment.

Experience with containerization and container orchestration.

Required

Development experience in Golang.

A solid grasp of database fundamentals and best practices (ideally experience with SQL, NoSQL and full-text search).

Experience designing, creating high-quality microservices.

Leading a team to deliver cloud native applications to market using Amazon AWS (like EC2, S3, SQS, SNS, Kinesis, ELB, Lambda).

Experience with workflow engines, state machines, BPMN & RPA automation.

Experience working in a fully automated CI/CD environment, including Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar)

Experience with containerization and container orchestration.

Willingness to learn and expand skills and repertoire.

A positive mindset, team-oriented, results driven, and organized.

Experience mentoring other team members.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Has a deep understanding of the technology used to develop our products.
