Responsibilities

Partner with the Finance and Planning organizations to build financial forecasting, planning, reporting, and analysis capabilities.

Own the management, configuration/development, and operations support of systems such as Adaptive Insights.

Analyze, design, and develop tool capabilities, identify enhancement opportunities, and recommend solutions.

Develop and support planning models on the Adaptive platform to automate processes and support business goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop roadmaps and enhance Adaptive solutions.

Identify gaps and opportunities for automation projects to streamline workflows.

Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and analysis.

Conduct requirements gathering/analysis, prepare presentations, and provide coaching/training to end users.

Formalize best practices in model building, document processes, and provide training.

Required

5 years of experience with financial systems; 3+ years’ experience implementing and supporting Financial Planning system Workday Adaptive Insights, including model building, business rules configuration, and report and dashboard development.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of payroll work experience

Strong understanding of financial planning processes and models.

Good understanding of full-cycle implementation of the financial system and application support process

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment, customer-focused focused and collaborative with stakeholders on various teams.
