Responsibilities
Partner closely with the Engineering Manager, Product Manager, and Engineering team to tackle complex problems for the ModelOps offering.
Utilize strong interaction design skills to work on complex web applications.
Conduct research using various methods and make informed decisions on when to conduct research.
Support teams at GitLab by becoming experts in the stage group, educating about the product, and staying engaged with user and business goals.

Required
Must have demonstrated experience with DevOps, either as a user or designing for a product.
Must have demonstrated experience with machine learning and/or data science concepts
Must have strong interaction design skills, ideally having worked on complex web applications.
Strong experience working in highly technical, complex environments.
Experience conducting your own research with a variety of methods, and strong decision making skills for when to do research.
Preferred
Experience working in both startups and enterprise is highly beneficial.
