Responsibilities
Must be flexible to work within the core operating hours of 7am-9pm EST
Respond to inbound support requests via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Provide remote desktop support
Thoroughly document and track support incidents in the service desk software
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary
Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction
Stay current with the latest technology and industry developments

Required
At least 1-3 years of experience in an IT service desk role
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to execute sound judgment when escalating incidents and problems
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience in relevant Microsoft technologies, including Windows, Office, Active Directory and basic network concepts
Experience in relevant Google Applications, including Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Slides
Experience with remote desktop tools
PC repair and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
A+ certification or equivalent technical certification
