Responsibilities
Conceptualize and create design assets for various projects, including digital graphics, print materials, paid ads, social media visuals, website landing pages, email, SMS, and presentations
Work with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and align assets with brand identity
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all projects
Prepare and finalize design files for production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines
Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices
Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to refine designs
Organize and maintain design files and assets, ensuring accessibility and version control
Work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines
Qualification

Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred
Demonstrated portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work across various mediums (3D rendering for packaging, poster, etc.)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Google Workspace, and other relevant design software
Basic understanding of animation
Experience working with Project Management software (Asana, Wrike, Jira, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative design concepts
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts
A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from different departments
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meet tight deadlines
Preferred
Experience with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Familiarity with UX/UI design principles
