Responsibilities

Work with Sr. Developers and management to choose appropriate technologies for building applications based on requirements.

Collaborate with end-users to understand and document requirements.

Develop applications efficiently to fulfill project requirements in an expedient manner.

Assist in developing a test plan and testing execution.

Respond to escalated support calls from help desk and users.

Participate in weekly staff meetings and train clients on in-house applications.

Work on any additional responsibilities as required by management.

Required

At least 3+ years’ experience in programming and database design.

Proven track record of application development in a PC/Windows/networked environment.

Must have programming and analytical skills with knowledge of structured programming techniques, rapid application development methodologies and event driven programming and relational database design.

Experience in developing applications using the current OS/application development tool set.

Knowledge of Microsoft development technologies (C#, Visual Studio, ASP .NET, WebForms, SQL Server, Web API/REST Services), SharePoint Development, HTML/CSS, JavaScript/jQuery required.

Experience developing and deploying cloud-based applications with Microsoft Azure

Strong attention to detail and organization skills.

Ability to convey thoughts and ideas clearly and effectively in written and verbal form.

Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies and issue resolution techniques.

Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives or activities, and effectively make judgments in prioritizing and time allocation in a high-pressure environment.

Preferred

Knowledge of MVC, .NET Core, AngularJS/Angular, TypeScript, Bootstrap, or responsive design a plus.

Familiar with secure coding practices a plus.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

IT certifications a plus.
