Responsibilities

Lead high-performing teams of Product Marketing Managers across multiple product domains. Mentor teams, create psychological safety, and foster a culture of learning and growth.

Execute go-to-market strategies driving product adoption, revenue growth, and retention. Shape product strategy and priorities for product domains.

Develop end-to-end marketing strategy addressing selected buyer groups. Ensure alignment of Product Marketing initiatives with overarching business goals.

Identify opportunities for differentiated value propositions and product-driven growth. Guide teams to leverage insights for product direction and go-to-market strategy.

Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Marketing to identify cross and upsell opportunities. Set, measure, and report on Product and Marketing KPIs.

Own and scale core Product Marketing processes and operations. Shape and scale the function as it grows. Ensure customer and market insights are integrated into strategies.

Required

You have a minimum of 7 years of work experience in Product or Customer Marketing for tech/software products, preferably B2B

You have experience working in the Benefits domain, ideally with Medical/Dental/Vision offerings and/or differentiated benefits.

You have a minimum of 4 years of experience leading and building high-performing Product Marketing teams

You have strong analytical skills; you excel at synthesizing market, competitive, and customer insights into clear takeaways and recommendations

You are a strong communicator and storyteller, communicating concepts and ideas in different formats depending on the need, and revising your approach.

You can craft high-impact marketing plans with clearly defined value propositions and product messaging

You have experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment

You have a product mindset and track record of working well with and earning the respect of product teams
