Responsibilities
Gains an understanding of internal processes to identify opportunities for automation.
Develops and enhances solutions using appropriate technology to solve automation needs.
Builds data visualizations to communicate complex data effectively.
Mentors technical staff on RPA/BPA/ML/AI strategy.
Communicates vision and strategy for automation technologies.
Collaborates with stakeholders on systems requirements and enhancements.

Required
5+ years of progressive experience in analysis, technical design, coding, then testing and simulation of applications, with at least 3 years in automation technologies including ML/AI.
Experience working with RPA/BPA tools such as QuickBase.
Experience integrating enterprise applications.
Experience with relational database design.
Experience with API design and RESTful API Design / web services.
Experience mentoring others on technical issues.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or technology-related field.
Command of process automation tools.
Working knowledge of Java, React, C# .NET Framework.
Working knowledge of ML / AI tools
Working knowledge of HTML & JavaScript
Experience building applications with Microsoft Azure
Understanding of SQL Server development and database structures.
Advanced MS Excel skills, such as macros and pivot tables.
Ability to learn and utilize a variety of software applications. Strong technical aptitude.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Solid written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels.
Systems analysis and design skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate technical and non-technical issues with customers, vendors, and product stakeholders at various levels.
