Responsibilities

Required

Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in the required field

3-5 years+ in a data management (or similar) role in a large, complex business environment

Knowledge of the OTC (Order-to-Cash) processes; it is important to know what our stakeholders do and how the data is utilized up and down stream

Strong systems aptitude. Experience working with enterprise technology: CRMs (incl. Salesforce) and ERPs (incl. SAP and QAD) Power BI, MDM among others

Experience with large data sets and applications including analysis thereof

Strong knowledge of and practical experience with internal controls is a plus

Self-starter with critical thinking skills will lead data initiatives and drive activities independently

Ability to solve complex problems that involve competing priorities; make data-driven decisions or recommendations and align decisions with strategies Considers the impacts of decisions on other parts of the organization

Ability to identify/implement system and/ or process improvements

Outstanding organization, communication, and presentation skills

Ability to understand and analyze the “complete picture” incorporating all levels of CMD practices
