Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of Anaplan models and solutions in alignment with business requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, define, and prioritize features and functionalities.

Manage the Anaplan product roadmap and backlog, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.

Guide and mentor team members in Anaplan development best practices.

Ensure the integration of Anaplan solutions with other business systems and processes.

Monitor and report on the performance of Anaplan solutions, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Maintain complete documentation of all FP&A Anaplan models.

Point of contact for any Anaplan Production issues.

Provide user training and support for Anaplan end users and model builders within the Finance organization.

Remain engaged in Anaplan’s user community to stay updated on Anaplan features and best practices.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Anaplan development.

Anaplan Solution Architect certification.

Strong background in Finance and FP&A activities and processes.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with data integration and ETL processes, including data mappings and transformation.

Preferred

Experience in managing large-scale Anaplan implementations.

Proven track record of successful project management.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Familiarity with Oracle Cloud ERP, AWS, Snowflake, and/or Power BI is a plus.
