Responsibilities
Own the effort of new Scrum team(s) to develop new features/enhancements and fix defects.
Act as a servant leader for the Scrum team, guiding them in Agile Scrum processes and removing impediments.
Lead a new/highly complex product team or act as an agile coach for multiple scrum teams.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
5 years of work experience in Scrum/Agile or working in related information technology, business analysis or project management roles
Experience standing up a new scrum team and working with implementation vendor
2 years of experience coaching leadership, teams, and/or individuals, and providing work direction
Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
Preferred
Demonstrated expertise in planning, controlling, and monitoring of products in Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), Kanban, and SAFe
Proven customer focus with the ability to lead and communicate effectively with business (non-IT) and technical stakeholders
Track record of a team player across diverse teams with excellent interpersonal and motivational skills, with experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing others
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with ambiguity and evolving priorities
Expert problem-solving and analysis capabilities
Experience in working within a traditional Software Development Life-Cycle (SDLC) - ability to apply standards of test-driven development methods covering the full development lifecycle (e.g. project preparation, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support) to ensure solution quality and consistency of process
