Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and enhancement of the Pick6 product.

Build and maintain a reporting suite to support critical initiatives.

Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to track key product performance metrics and provide actionable insights.

Design experiments and generate learnings through data analysis to create alignment with key stakeholders on operational improvements and long-term pricing strategy.

Develop frameworks for measuring and evaluating the success of key operational metrics.

Conduct deep dive analysis on large and complex datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights.

Implement robust user journey tracking methodologies to gain a deep understanding of user behavior and identify areas for improvement in the user experience.

Required

4+ years of business analytics, product analytics, or a related field.

Ability to take complicated problems and build simple frameworks.

Comfortable presenting complicated data views to cross-functional audiences and senior leadership.

Expertise in SQL/Snowflake and Excel.

Proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tool.

Knowledge of statistics and hypotheses testing. Model building experience is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or another relevant discipline.

May be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment.

Preferred

Experience with R, Python, or statistical programming languages is considered a plus.
