Responsibilities
Agile Leadership: Deliver expert guidance on Agile principles and practices, guaranteeing their effective implementation within the organization. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and agility with a servant leadership mindset
Champion the Method: Advocate and Evangelize the Agile and Scrum methodology
Team Empowerment: Lead team collaboration, decision-making, and problem-solving processes. Encourage teams to self-organize, promote accountability, and deliver high-quality results
Process Optimization: Seek out chances for process improvement and drive initiatives to improve team efficiency, productivity, and overall project delivery
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and leadership to align priorities, manage expectations, and ensure successful project outcomes

Relevant experience using Jira Agile and Confluence or comparable
