Responsibilities

Lead, develop and inspire a team of seasoned product marketing professionals (3-5 associates).

Partner with product and distribution leaders to create marketing strategies and detailed tactical plans aligned with business objectives.

Leverage research, data, and insights to identify customer needs and optimize their experience.

Brief and align with marketing teams and agency partners to develop marketing concepts and assets.

Map end-to-end customer journeys, identify opportunities, and prioritize solutions.

Work with cross-functional teams and lead Agile pods to define work processes.

Required

10+ years of relevant experience in product, integrated and channel-marketing roles

Demonstrated B2C and B2B2C marketing experience

A customer-first mindset and innovative/creative thinking

Strong collaboration, interpersonal and influencing skills

A collaborative, positive leadership style that cultivates and inspires a team

Experience leading Agile pods and cross-functional teams to drive business results

An insights-led approach to making marketing and business decisions

Excellent presentation and storytelling skills that apply to all audience levels (including C-suite)

Demonstrated project management expertise, attention to detail and a high degree of accountability

Expertise or familiarity with financial services/insurance
