Responsibilities

Identify improvements and optimize processes through changes to equipment, systems, practices, and procedures.

Identify opportunities, develop, and coordinate plant projects to improve process capabilities, safety, and competitive position.

Lead and/or coordinate troubleshooting, de-bottlenecking, and plant tests with other technical personnel.

Perform technical and economic evaluations of alternative processes and determine relative costs compared to existing processes.

Monitor environmental regulations and performance against regulations.

Participate or lead plant safety activities.

Required

B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering and or will achieve by Dec 31, 2024

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex problems using data

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization

Leadership skills and the ability to lead change

Ability to set priorities, manage multiple projects and demonstrate strong attention to detail

Strong computer skills

Flexibility and availability to work weekends and holidays

Preferred

2 years’ experience in manufacturing
