Responsibilities

Work with a team of experienced engineers to conceive/implement new testing techniques to evaluate the performance of novel cell chemistries.

Take part in evaluation and interpretation of complex tests and experiments, failure analysis and diagnostics.

Organize tests/DOE and testing equipment/cyclers for EV cell validation.

Prepare and execute tests according to validation plan.

Test protocol programming.

Test laboratory daily management (testing parts (cables, alligator clips…), small devices ordering and management).

Support external institutes for testing setup, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

Required

Have a university degree in materials, chemical, electrical, or mechanical engineering, or related engineering background.

Have at least 2 years' experience in battery test labs.

Have experience in battery validation (OEM/major battery manufacturer preferred).

Have strong problem-solving abilities.

Are self-motivated.

Have excellent technical communication skills.
