Responsibilities

Articulate and execute a cohesive UX vision that integrates user-centered design principles with business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of UX/UI designers, researchers, and accessibility experts.
Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and high performance within the UX team.
Build and strengthen relationships with key internal stakeholders for cohesive user experiences.
Guide the UX team in employing advanced design techniques and methodologies.
Oversee the design lifecycle for various products and services.
Monitor emerging trends and technologies in design and UX.
Manage, coach, and develop team members.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a closely related field or equivalent work experience.
12+ years related experience with 8+ years of experience in user experience design, with substantial leadership and management responsibilities.
Demonstrated ability to foster an environment of creativity and high performance under tight deadlines.
Proven track record of effective team management and project leadership in large-scale UX initiatives.
Extensive portfolio that showcases deep expertise in visual design, UX design, and front-end development.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of effectively articulating complex design concepts across various audiences.
Comprehensive understanding of accessibility standards with a commitment to inclusive user experiences.
