Responsibilities

Develop and socialize experiences to drive engagement and excitement across the organization, collaborating with research, design, and product management teams.

Analyze customer behaviors, identify problem-solving opportunities, and create cohesive, best-in-class experiences for high-impact areas.

Contribute to the architecture of user experience visions for features and product lines, creating frameworks, diagrams, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

Advocate for the customer in a corporate environment, presenting design rationale using data and metrics to business and executive leadership.

Help nurture a thriving design culture within the organization.

Required

Have an available online portfolio

Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute programs that are strategic in nature

Knowledge of usability principles and techniques

Knowledge of best practices for information architecture and design

Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, or similar

Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity

Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards

Experience acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research) and creating personas and journey maps

Preferred

8+ years of UX designer or interaction designer experience
