Responsibilities

Establish trusted working relationships with various internal teams.

Ensure deal momentum and provide customer service to Sales partners.

Educate and guide Sales teams on internal contracting policies.

Provide end-to-end quote to signature support for Account Executives.

Collaborate with sales to create non-standard language requests for contracting.

Required

A Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree plus minimum 2 years experience in Deal Management, Sales Operations, Sales, Finance, or Business Operations preferably in contracting, procurement, or billing operations. If no degree, a minimum of 4 years relevant experience is required.

A diligent, detail oriented skill set, able to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple responsibilities at one time, while remaining extremely organized.

Self-starter with a “can do” attitude who is comfortable asking questions

Advanced Excel skills

Preferred

Knowledge and/or experience using online sales and/or document management tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, CLM, and JIRA.
