Responsibilities

Prepare routine financial packages such as revenue and expense budget vs. actual, headcount and staffing reports, metric reporting, and other analysis.

Focus on revenue budgeting/forecasting/analytics and analyze large amounts of data to provide actionable information to the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors.

Partner with key management and stakeholders to provide insights into the business, monitor performance, and enable informed decision-making based on data and analysis.

Support month-end close process by preparing accruals, journal entries, and variance analysis.

Assist in monthly revenue and expense forecasting through business insight, historical trending, modeling, and sales forecast levels.

Contribute to ad hoc reporting/financial projects like cost reduction initiatives, ROI on strategic projects, and other cost/benefit analysis.

Provide input and recommendations for streamlining processes and making process improvements.
