Responsibilities
Manage planning, implementation, and execution of capital projects.
Oversee project teams, budgets, schedules, and regulatory compliance.
Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies.
Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to meet performance goals.
Provide project management support, including planning and decision-making.
Collaborate across departments, contractors, and vendors.
Track budgets, expenses, schedules, and resources for assigned projects.

Required
Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of experience in construction management
Five (5) years of experience in construction management, preferably in healthcare
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and project management software
Preferred
American Hospital Association (AHA) Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) or equivalent
OSHA 30 Certification
