Responsibilities

Maintains management of data throughout a clinical trial, including entering study participant information into required software applications and documenting data according to ALCOA-C principles.
Utilizes best practices to standardize data collection, management, and submission, communicating with sponsors and research coordinators to address protocol issues.
Supports data quality assurance by performing internal chart audits, escalating non-compliant data collection, and participating in departmental meetings and trainings.

Medical TerminologyCTMSEMR/EHRData EntryWindowsProblem-SolvingOrganizationalComputers

Required

High School Diploma or GED
Two (2) years related experience
Knowledge of medical terminology and study protocols
Competency with Windows, CTMS, and EMR/EHR environment / data applications & data entry
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Preferred

Associates Degree and experience with data entry and computers
