Responsibilities

Drive the development and implementation of systems, processes, and guidelines for reporting and analytics to enhance the supply chain.

Provide value-added analysis and insights for current state and future projections to support business decisions.

Develop sustainable processes for reporting, maintenance, and communication of information within the organization.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure robust analytics and insights for decision-making.

Lead data extraction and analysis for supply chain, collaborating with sales and procurement teams.

Support regional budget attainment by identifying opportunities and best practices.

Communicate effectively during the data analysis phase and deliver high-quality work results to the supply chain team.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or Supply Chain Management beneficial

Experience with: SAP ERP, SAP IBP, SAP Analysis for Office, Tableau, MS Access

Strong technical fluency, with demonstrated experience in Excel - Pivot Tables, Graphs, Analysis for Office usage, Complex formula usage, Macros, Visual Basic for Applications

Microsoft Powerpoint - Be able to present data findings in both detailed and summarized views

SQL - Tableau interfacing and PowerBi Interfacing

Project management tools - IE Gantt charts, etc

Experience with S&OP theory or practice

Ability to work on repetitive type work and remain focused on the importance of attention to detail

Ability to work effectively alone, under pressure and with commitment to timelines

Ability to organize and prioritize requests from multiple team members

Ability to work effectively as part of a virtual team, strong communicator and collaborator

Ability to travel within the US and Canada 5-10% or as required
