Responsibilities

Evaluates and manages new strategic business opportunities, initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, alliances and/or joint ventures.

Oversees market analysis, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs.

Provides leadership in the planning, designing, due diligence, and implementing of strategic business objectives.

Defines vision, strategies, and tactics.

Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Drives Service business development and sales by understanding market direction and customer needs.

Provides strategic direction and owns execution for multiple customers and regions.

Influences significant revenue projects key to Customer Support Business Group (CSBG) and Lam businesses.

Requires regular visits and discussions with customers and local account team management.

Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve services.

Manages multiple related teams, sets organizational priorities, and allocates resources.

Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view.

Good understanding of various cultures and ability to work with people from different cultures.

Required

BS in Engineering – Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, Materials or Physics, Computer Science or business-related field

Minimum of 10 years of related experience in semiconductor business and sales management

Work history demonstrating good leadership, management, conflict resolution, project management, organizational and communication skills working in and leading teams

Previous roles demonstrating Business Development and customer facing assignments showing good understanding of both factory & customer needs / issues

Travel – up to 25~35% travel to support customer engagements as needed

Preferred

MBA degree preferable, but level of work experience also alternated
