Responsibilities

Lead test engineering planning and implementation initiatives for Commercial Derivative Systems, Legacy Tankers, and propulsion systems design, development, and acquisition.

Provide test engineering expertise to develop strategies for system behavioral analysis, requirements verification and test planning, and interface integration and management for Commercial Derivative systems, Legacy Tanker platforms, and propulsion systems.

Merge systems engineering and test engineering to create test and evaluation strategies.

Turn requirements into actions that drive and deliver digital innovation for the USAF.

Required

12+ years of experience with test and evaluation engineering or flight test

Knowledge of USAF acquisition and engineering processes

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Ability to work confidently with and present to senior ranking officials

Secret clearance

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Preferred

Experience with supporting the design, development, and review of Systems Engineering design artifacts, including Concepts of Operations (CONOPs), Capability Development Documents (CDDs), performance specifications, Systems Engineering Plans (SEPs), and Interface Control Documents (ICDs)

Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Top Secret clearance

Master's degree in Engineering

USAF Test Pilot School Graduate
