Responsibilities
Designs, develops, and manages activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life.
Serves as the central resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality, and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution.
Involvement lasts throughout all stages of a product’s lifecycle including modifications, upgrades, and maintenance of the product or product line.
Prioritizes allocated resources aligned with overall organizational objectives.
Captures and communicates early forecasts and shipment plans documented in the Unreleased Build Plan Process (URBP); develops customer installation and field readiness plans accordingly.
Defines & manages ECOGS implementation and Install & Warranty issue resolution in the field. Coordinates and monitors execution of mandatory retrofit and supplier quality excursion recovery programs.
Holds AT and other orgs accountable to meet I&W goals. Develops customer-specific programs to improve.
Communicates across Lam and with customer known product issues, the impact on ongoing operations/production and POR. Leads CFTs as necessary, coordinating operations and development groups, to mitigate the customer production impacts when scarce resources are available.

Required
Minimum education: BS in an engineering discipline; MBA a plus.
Minimum 5+ years applicable experience; previous experience in semiconductor capital equipment industry preferred.
Supervisory or management experience preferred.
