Responsibilities

Provide financial business support to the business partner organization including financial reporting, analysis, and research. Identify business opportunities/risks and partner with business appropriately.

Be responsible for Business Unit Finance functions including management of on-going revenue and expense forecasting. Manage annual budget process in collaboration with business unit, CBU, and Finance/Accounting.

Develop and maintain strong relationships across multiple departments from staff to senior management, to gain acceptance of certain objectives, while preserving the relationships.

Provide product costing, pricing, and profitability analyses and customer profitability analyses to stakeholders.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.

Has 5-7 years of professional experience in Finance and Accounting.

Has at least 2-3 years direct budgeting/forecasting software system experience required.

Has experience with interpreting complex multi-element customer contracts and reviewing and assisting in applying revenue recognition policies.

Is an experienced negotiator and strategic thinking capabilities. Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting and Finance, with advanced skills preferred in Excel and TM1 as required.

Ability to interpret financial concepts for financial planning and control.
