Responsibilities

Identify business relationships pertaining to contracts, licensing agreements, and board memberships to analyze raw material acquisition, technology transfer, supply chain dynamics, reliance on foreign sources, and patents related to DoD technology modernization areas.

Analyze traditional and non-traditional supply chains to identify threats, vulnerabilities, and exploitation opportunities.

Conduct business and social network analysis to illuminate networks of individuals, financial and non-financial activities, technology trends, and research collaborations.

Examine DoD systems and technologies to decompose them into components, information, and materials.

Identify, characterize, and analyze the capacity and maturity of the technology ecosystem, including tiered and sub-tiered supplier bases, to develop critical enabling technologies.

Formulate risk mitigation strategies to address technology and technical stakeholder interests.

Required

Top secret clearance required to start; Ability to obtain a TS/SCI required to maintain employment

US citizenship required

Bachelors and fourteen (14) years or more experience; Masters and twelve (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and nine (9) years or more experience.

Additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree

Knowledge of the DoD acquisition processes, policies, and guidance

Ability to provide timely and accurate information to senior government officials in support of policy and management decisions

Ability to conduct technical analysis linking intelligence, acquisition, and engineering information. Analytic ability may be demonstrated with any combination of work products and education.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent customer service skills, with an advanced understanding of customer relationship building

Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
