Responsibilities
Perform analysis, design, development, testing, and debugging of computer software.
Maintain responsibility for activities that range from software design, coding, unit testing, and orchestration.
Participate as an active member of the scrum team, providing input to team velocity and sprint ceremonies, planning, demonstrations, and retrospectives
Apply knowledge of one or more systems and one or more platforms and programming languages, including .Net, Java, J2EE, JavaScript, Power BI, etc.

Required
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, etc. (8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education)
8+ years of relevant experience in software development
Knowledge of Object-Oriented concepts, principals, and patterns
Experience in the creation of error-free .Net code
Experience with Power Apps and the Power Suite
Experience using Power Apps services, and connectors, as well as a data platform, that provides a rapid development environment to build custom apps for business needs
Experience using the three types of Power Apps – Canvas, Model-driven, and Power Pages is a plus
Experience Power App flows and Power Automate
Experience in both Windows and web development environments
Experience with Agile/Scrum Methodology
Experience writing software documentation
Experience in .Net 4.x Framework, .Net Core C#, MVC, Web API
Knowledge of creating and maintaining tables, views, stored procedures, functions, and triggers
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS
Experience with providing advice, analysis, and recommendations including service-oriented architecture (SOA), database models, data standards
Experience with web-service development, in SOAP/XML, REST, JSON, WSDL a plus
Must be able to acquire a Public Trust security clearance
Preferred
Background in developing electronic health record systems is a plus
Experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) applications is a plus
Experience working in a federal government environment a plus
