Responsibilities
Develops, implements, and maintains quality practices including methodologies, measurements, and reporting to drive process improvements.
Manages Quality Assurance team to implement and execute quality assurance test processes and improve testing coverage and efficiency.
Defines cost-effective system test strategies, reviews test plans and results, and recommends quality improvement practices based on technologies.
Sets measurable objectives, defines training plans, and motivates team members while enforcing quality standards and change signoff requirements.
Leads by example, establishes clear expectations, resolves internal staff issues, and builds an effective team.

Required
Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science/Information Technology and minimum of five (5) years of experience with developing, implementing, and maintaining quality standards in a highly visible technology environment, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in Jira and Confluence, Zephyr, or similar Test Management Platforms; Web services, testing methodologies (BDD / TDD), Microsoft Test Manager, application performance monitoring.
