Responsibilities

Develop Salesforce solutions addressing business workflow and analytics requirements.

Effectively communicate complex technical ideas, designs, solutions, and challenges both verbally and in writing.

Lead collaborative development efforts within a dynamic team, designing, estimating, and delivering high-quality software solutions aligned with customer needs.

Maintain system documentation and adhere to SFDC policies and procedures.

Demonstrate broad knowledge and proficiency across various technologies, platforms, and programming languages.

Provide support and solutions for break/fix issues.

Collaborate with the scrum team, Product Owner, and stakeholders to align business requirements with Salesforce capabilities.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.

10+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Salesforce APIs, and configuration using workflows, validation rules, roles & profiles, reports, and dashboards.

Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Certification Bonus.

Technical proficiency with custom objects, validation rules, workflows, process automation, reporting, and dashboards.

Experience with marketing automation tools such as Pardot.
