Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the functional team to understand business requirements and data mappings to create technical documents for conversion objects.

Create HDL files based on data mapping requirements and transformation rules.

Develop HCM extracts, OTBI, and/or BIP Reports for technical data conversion validation and reconciliation.

Execute HCM Cloud data conversion and perform technical data conversion validation/reconciliation for Mock, Dress Rehearsal, and Cutover.

Identify, triage, and resolve issues with regards to HDLs, conversion load, and functional configurations.

Support functional team and client team to identify data cleanse issues in client-provided data.

Mentor junior team members in Oracle HCM Cloud data conversion capabilities.

Required

Minimum 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud Conversion experience with 1-2 full cycle implementation experience across Oracle HCM Cloud.

Minimum 5+ years of experience with HDLs and Spreadsheet loaders for conversion, OTBI and BIP Reports, and HCM Extracts for technical data validation.

Minimum 5+ years experience in SQL and PL/SQL for developing reports and extracts for technical validation and reconciliation.

Ability to understand end to end business process and analyze downstream impacts to loading data into transactional tables.
