Responsibilities

Showcase deep understanding of retail, ecommerce, Shopify ecosystem, and D2C while consulting with marketing and operational leaders.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging e-commerce expertise to consult on business challenges and objectives.
Understand customer pain points and position tailored solutions for meaningful value realization and expansion opportunities.
Build trust and demonstrate continuous value of solutions by successfully renewing and expanding customers within the book of business.
Conduct regular business reviews and workshops to empower clients to maximize the platform's potential.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders including decision-makers and executive buyers.
Collaborate with internal teams to inform product development and strategic decisions.
Quarterback internal initiatives impacting business success and partners.
Demonstrate expertise within different e-commerce verticals and tailor approaches based on unique challenges and opportunities.
Be a highly visible Yotpo ambassador in the ecosystem, partnering with clients, agencies, technology partners, and leading e-commerce platforms.
