Responsibilities

Manage multiple complex calendars
Manage meeting and event coordination (may include all logistics on or offsite, agendas, document creation, etc.)
Create and proofread all materials for accuracies and clarity
Manage phone calls, email, file organization, office storage, and office supplies
Manage global travel including; visa/passport request, travel arrangements, and expense reports
Maintain organizational charts and distribution lists for all areas being supported
Interaction with individuals from all levels of the organization
Act as liaison for leaders in contacting individuals outside the organization
Prepare effective and accurate PowerPoint presentations
Data entry
SharePoint site administration
Other duties and special projects as assigned

Required

High School Diploma
2 years of related experience
Applicants for this position must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. General Mills will not sponsor applicants for this position for work visas.
High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to integrate technology, tools, and capabilities into business processes
