Responsibilities

Coordinate and track deliverables with program personnel.

Interpret, compile, edit, and proofread text and data for technical documents, reports, and proposals.

Research and analyze historical data, develop cost models to support customer bid and proposal efforts.

Assist in the development, operation, and enforcement of internal controls and protocols.

Analyze data and prepare reports related to individual programs/contracts.

Build pricing for programs by collecting inputs, costs, and schedules from functional departments.

Manage the review and tracking of documentation changes and approvals to support the contract acceptance process.

Required

Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Business or closely related discipline, or equivalent level of demonstrated knowledge acquired through experience and/or other training

Five years for experience in Engineering, Project Management, Government Contract Administration or related experience

Ability to read, write, and speak English

Comfortable presenting to audiences up to 20 people both virtually and in person

Excellent organizational and reporting skills

Ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines

Excellent technical writing skills
