Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement new website features, pages, and functionalities to enhance user experience and achieve marketing objectives
Ensure website content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand guidelines and messaging
Monitor website performance and implement optimizations to improve usability and conversion rates
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving search engine rankings and organic traffic
Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance visibility and drive targeted traffic to the website
Assist with the intake of new social media requests, schedule social media posts
Respond to DMs, comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Monitor social media comments and escalate for crisis management when necessary
Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to align website initiatives with overall marketing strategies and objectives
Collaborate with external agencies as needed to implement website updates and improvements
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to web development, SEO, and social media marketing
Continuously evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance website performance and social media effectiveness

Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Computer Science, Web Development, or a related experience
3-5 years’ experience in website management, web development, digital marketing, and social media management roles
Deep understanding of SEO principles, strategies, and best practices
Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with content management systems (CMS)
Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences
Preferred
Hands-on experience with inbound marketing platforms, particularly HubSpot
Experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and familiarity with social media analytics
