Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns to promote Lipscomb Academy's programs and initiatives.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with the school's overall strategy.
Develop and maintain the school's website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for performance.
Utilize web insights and analytics to improve site traffic and user engagement.
Implement SEO best practices to enhance search engine rankings.
Manage and optimize Google AdWords campaigns to drive targeted traffic.
Assist in managing and creating content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn.
Monitor social media trends and provide insights to enhance our social media presence.
Engage with the online community and respond to inquiries and comments promptly.
Generate creative ideas and produce engaging copy for various marketing materials, including newsletters, blog posts, and promotional content.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that align with the school's goals and values.
Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and website content.
Ensure all graphics adhere to the school's branding guidelines and are consistent with the overall marketing strategy.
Manage and oversee marketing projects for admissions and advancement, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Bring innovative ideas to the table and contribute to the school's long-term marketing vision.
Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with the marketing team and other departments.
Be adaptable to changing priorities and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Demonstrate flexibility in responding to new opportunities and challenges as they arise.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proficiency in web development, SEO, Google AdWords, and web analytics tools.
Experience with social media management and content production.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc).
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to take tasks to the finish line
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
