Responsibilities

Strategically manage projects of varying complexities on behalf of the client

Perform tactical activities that the client may not have the knowledge, staff, and/or time to accomplish

Act as the client's advocate during HCM system implementations

Optimize systems and processes by conducting thorough analysis and making recommendations

Provide post-implementation support by resolving identified issues

Manage various aspects of Open Enrollment process for clients

Work on other project types such as Pay Frequency Changes, Augmented Client Training, Change Management, etc.
