Responsibilities
Develop new scientific software features
Collaborate with scientists and engineers
Evaluate and document workflows
Resolve software and scientific workflow related problems
Write scripts for daily administration and supporting documentation
Monitor software system configurations
Create/maintain scientific software procedural and technical documentation

Required
Master’s degree and 7+ years of work-related experience; 10+ years of experience is highly preferred.
Must be eligible for a Public Trust under FDA regulations
Hands on experience with software programming in Java and Python
NoSQL database experience is required - MongoDB
Linux shell scripting experience
Experience working in AWS cloud
Preferred
12+ years of experience can be accepted in lieu of completed Master's Degree
Degree fields include software engineering, information systems, computer science, engineering, science, physics, math.
Familiarity with clinical, medical or epidemiological data is a plus.
