Responsibilities

Create engaging content for customer-facing materials across various channels.

Develop and write engaging content for promotional campaigns, product listings, social media, press releases, customer support resources, product manuals, and all other customer-facing content.

Guide overseas copywriting team/ agencies to be product experts, telling compelling stories about brands and products.

Ensure the highest standards of quality and effectiveness through proofreading and oversight of all copy.

Coordinate with product, branding, marketing, sales, customer support and related teams to ensure all content aligns with overarching communication goals and brand tone of voice.

Provide culturally relevant insight for branding, marketing, sales, customer support, and product teams.
