Responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans to manage end-to-end project activities, interdependencies, and execution approach.

Create timelines, understand scope, risk, and dependencies, and track them.

Define purpose, clear roles, tasks, milestones, budgets, and measures of success.

Build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levels, including external parties.

Manage multiple stakeholders of varying levels in the organization.

Utilize knowledge of industry risks, regulations, compliance, and controls.

Utilize knowledge of both waterfall and agile processes and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).

Demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Identify, analyze, and resolve issues.

Meet deadlines, schedules, and budgeted costs.

Build and foster a collaborative working environment amongst project team members.

Customer and Product Experience a plus, with Commercial Bank Experience in Treasury Management, preferred (Commercial Card, Payments, New to Bank Customer Onboarding)

Knowledge of industry risks and regulations/compliance/controls

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders of varying levels in the org

Knowledge of both waterfall and agile processes and tools (ex., Jira, MS Project)
