Responsibilities

Work with engineering, QA, design, and analytics teams to move tests through implementation while balancing timeline, quality, and scope.

Write A/B test requirements, creating mockups (annotated screenshots, simple designs).

Keep clients informed on program health, including experiment status, scope, etc.

Monitor budget and scope of programs, update utilization plans, report out to internal teams, and set staff plans across teams based on client roadmap.

Update clients on test status, program budget, and velocity.

Account management: field and route client concerns to appropriate teams, disseminate action items, and ensure completion.

Manage client status meetings, including scheduling, agenda planning, and action item follow-ups.
